BFN- Big fat (or f*ckin) Negative pregnancy test
BFP- " " Positive pregnancy test

CM- cervical mucus
CP- cervical position
DPO- days past ovulation
LP- luteal phase (time from ovulation to start of next period)
AF- Aunt Flo
O- ovulation
IUI- intrauterine insemination
IVF- Invetro fert.
